The latest autoclave improvement
UTEHO continues to improve its equipment to provide users with maximum accuracy, stability, and comfort during autoclaving. The latest update concerns a key element — the placement of the bimetallic thermometer, and accordingly, changes in the cooking regimes. In this article, we will explain in detail what exactly has changed, why the autoclave operating modes are adjusted, and what advantages owners of the updated autoclaves receive.
The thermometer is now placed on the body
Reinforced thermometer outlet
- increases the strength of the structure,
- ensures excellent tightness,
- makes the connection neat and aesthetic.
This detail affects not only the appearance but also the durability of the autoclave.
Why did the working temperatures increase by +10°C?
After moving the thermometer to the body, we now focus on water temperature readings, so all temperature regimes have been increased by +10°C.
New temperature regimes — in the instructions for updated models
- If you are using an older autoclave model — simply continue cooking according to your usual instruction. The regimes for your construction remain valid.
- If you have an updated model — use the temperatures from the new instruction.
- For convenience, in all our recipes and videos, we indicate regimes for both the new and old autoclave modifications.
Changes for a better result
Relocating the thermometer to the autoclave body is not just a structural modification but a significant step forward in autoclaving accuracy.
We strive for perfection in canning, and if you also want the best — this update is for you!
