Ingredients for satsebeli sauce

  • Tomatoes1 kg
  • Bell pepper300 g
  • Garlic50 g
  • Hot pepper1 pod
  • Vinegar40 g
  • Fresh cilantro10 g
  • Khmeli-suneli1 tsp.
  • Salt20 g
  • Ground black pepper3 g
  • Ground coriander5 g
  • Sugar30 g
  • Ground hot pepper1 tsp.

Step 1

Cut the tomatoes into smaller pieces.

Cut out the core of the pepper and cut the bell pepper into smaller pieces.

Chop the cilantro and hot pepper.

  • If the thermometer is located in the upper part of the container - 100 degrees for 15 minutes.
  • If the thermometer is located in the lower part of the container - 110 degrees for 15 minutes.
