- chicken - you can take fillet, wings, drumsticks. Amount - to taste;
- onion - 1 pc.;
- carrots - 2 pcs.;
- buckwheat groats - 0.5 measuring cup;
- butter;
- pepper,
- salt.
Buckwheat porridge with meat in an autoclave is prepared as follows: chop the onion and carrots and fry them in a pan, boil the chicken. It is better to cook it not just in water, but in pre-prepared chicken broth. Then mix the chicken, fried vegetables, and buckwheat groats, add salt and pepper. Put the resulting mixture into half-liter jars about halfway. Place a piece of butter on top and pour in boiled water, leaving a couple of centimeters to the top. Recipe for Stew with Buckwheat and Pork
The classic tourist's breakfast in an autoclave is prepared from the following components:
- buckwheat groats - 700 g;
- pork - 1.5 kg;
- small onion - 2 pcs.;
- medium carrots - 2 pcs.;
- bay leaf (1 pc. per jar);
- black peppercorns - to taste;
- salt (1/3 tsp. per jar).
The pork should be washed and cut into small pieces. Buckwheat should also be rinsed. Fry the chopped onion and carrot in a pan, and then mix with the pork and groats. Jars intended for stew should be thoroughly washed, place a bay leaf in each, fill halfway with groats, meat, and vegetables, add black peppercorns and salt on top.
Pour hot boiled water into the jars, leaving about 2 cm unfilled to the edges. Then seal the jars and place them in the autoclave. It should be filled with water so that it covers the jars and exceeds their level by 2 cm. After this, the stew should be cooked for 40 minutes, maintaining a temperature of 110 degrees Celsius if the thermometer is at the top of the autoclave, and 120 degrees Celsius if the thermometer is at the bottom of the autoclave body. Ready buckwheat with meat in an autoclave is an excellent option when you want to eat deliciously but don’t want to cook.
