Useful Tips
To make the chicken stew with buckwheat in the autoclave even tastier, you can pre-fry the meat a bit. This also applies to pork. The cut size is crucial: if you chop the meat too finely, it will break down into fibers during sterilization, and there will be no appetizing chunks left in the porridge.
Another interesting flavor comes from using ground meat instead of pieces. You should prepare it yourself using a meat grinder with coarse grates. Then, the recipe remains the same: mix the ground meat with buckwheat and spices, seal the jars, and sterilize.
Traditional recipes can be enhanced in various ways: for example, adding tomato paste, mayonnaise, sautéed vegetables, or sauces to the buckwheat, and also vegetables. It is not recommended to fill the jars more than halfway: during cooking, the buckwheat increases in volume.
