All autoclaves we manufacture undergo pressure testing.

First test occurs immediately after welding is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, ensuring the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

The second test happens at the final production stage, just before shipping. Once all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, a pressure of 6 atm is applied. This test ensures the functionality and sealing of components. The device remains under pressure for no less than 24 hours.

Moreover, it’s important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion valve rated for 6 atm. This ensures absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Сегодня получили эту модель, в работе еще не пробовали, вроде бы швы проварено неплохо, аккуратненько сделанный, за доставку в Днепр новая почта взяла 300гр. Надеюсь поработает :-)

Хотим заказать, но при такой стоимости автоклава , могли бы доставку и бесплатной сделать, было бы приятнее:-)
