All our autoclaves are welded using the TIG method in an argon gas environment. Even black steel autoclaves are welded using this method. This ensures the quality and reliability of the welds.

Each autoclave undergoes double testing under high pressure, eliminating the possibility of defects before shipping.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW!

Absolutely all autoclaves of our production undergo pressure testing.


The first test of the autoclaves is conducted immediately after the welding work is completed. At this stage, the autoclave is tested at a pressure of 3 atm, which allows us to ensure the quality and tightness of all welded seams.

ВThe second test occurs at the final stage of autoclave production, just before shipping. After all components are sealed and installed in the autoclave lid, the pressure is increased to 6 atm. This test ensures the functionality of the components and their sealing and tightening. The device remains under this pressure for at least 24 hours.


Moreover, it is important to know that all our devices are equipped with a high-quality explosion relief valve set at 6 atm. This guarantees absolute safety and convenience when working with a household autoclave.

Доброго дня. Вирішив залишити свій відгук і я. В минулому році придбав універсальний на 8 баночок. І ні разу не пожалкував. Готував різноманітні тушонки, і птицю, і рибу, і свинину. Вміст на 8 банок виправдав себе. Жінка вже казала щоб зупинився. Баночку на пробу, а ті у кладовку. Смак тушонки - найкращий. Ні в яке порівняння не йде. І, що теж важливо, дуже виручила універсальність. Світло відключили, поставив на газ, добре що не важке. Один мінус - ржавіє вода, приходиться добре вимивать і ємність, і банки. А в цілому - хочете спробувати на смак справжню тушонку?Купуйте автоклав, всім рекомендую.

Дуже дякую! Для мене завжди автоклав асоціювався з чимось великим і недосяжним. Зараз я не знаходжу слів! Невеликий, зручний і ду-у-у-уже корисний в господарстві. Рибні консерви - на диво смачні, особливо з червоної риби. Курка зараз тільки з автоклава. Дитині подобається курка з рисом або гречкою. А головне, він завжди з їжею, навіть коли мама з татом на роботі. Є, звичайно, ложка дьогтю - довелося дошліфовувати верхній ободок. Були задіри і вони рвали гумову прокладку. З нею взагалі потрібно бути вкрай обережним, тому що буває закушує кришкою. Але мені все одно подобається. Класна річ! У мене найменший, електричний з програматором.
