Chicken Stew Recipe in an Autoclave

Chicken Stew Recipe for 3 Jars, 0.5 Liters Each.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet1kg
  • Young green peas250g
  • Carrots300g
  • Onions300g
  • Garlic20g
  • Salt
  • Whole black peppercorns
  • Coriander seeds
  • Bay leaves

Step 1

Dice 300g of carrots and 300g of onions into small cubes.

Step 2

Dice 1kg of chicken fillet into cubes.

Step 3

In pre-prepared jars, add peppercorns, coriander seeds, and 2 bay leaves each.

Step 4

Add some diced carrots and 150g of young peas to the jar.

Step 5

Layer diced onions, chicken fillet, carrots, and onions alternately in the jar.

Step 6

Add 20g of chopped garlic and another 100g of young peas on top.

Step 7

Fill the jars with the remaining chicken fillet, and add salt and ground pepper.

Step 8

Seal the jars with twist-off lids.

Step 9

Cook in an autoclave at 110°C for 30 minutes.

Step 10

Taste the ready chicken stew with green peas.
