Autoclaves: Differences Between Series
When purchasing any equipment, including autoclaves, a customer must decide which specific device they want from the variety of models and series available. It is important to choose only high-quality and certified equipment, such as the autoclaves from "Ukrpromtech".
If you wish to buy an "Ukrpromtech" autoclave, you will receive:
- a reliable assistant in preservation;
- a certified product according to all standards;
- a manufacturer’s warranty;
- consultation and support from managers.
What Autoclave Series Are Available?
Mass production of autoclaves means manufacturing them according to standard parameters in large quantities. "Ukrpromtech" produces autoclaves in the following series:
- Series “A” – stainless steel autoclaves with bolted connections;
- Series “UTech” – black metal autoclaves with bolted connections;
- Series “Che” – autoclaves with a clamping mechanism;
- Series “Good” – stainless steel autoclaves with a clamping mechanism;
- Series “Bingo” – cassette autoclaves.
In addition to the serial household autoclaves, we manufacture industrial autoclaves to order with the parameters and volume you need.
Series “A”
A unique model range developed by specialists at "Ukrpromtech," with no analogues on the domestic market. The autoclave is made of stainless steel grade AISI 304. Autoclaves made from this material, welded by argon welding, are distinguished by their durability and require minimal maintenance.
The lid in this model is secured with 6 bolts and nuts. The autoclave’s wide neck makes it easy to place jars inside. The autoclave is also equipped with an emergency valve to prevent critical pressure increases, a nipple, a thermometer, and a manometer.
Autoclaves of this series are available in two versions: gas – for external heating sources, and electric – a versatile device that can be heated by electricity or an external source. The model range includes household autoclaves with capacities of 8, 16, 24, 32, and 40 half-liter jars, as well as industrial models for 60 and 100 jars.
Autoclaves in the “A” series come with a 5-year warranty.
Series “UTech”
An analog of the “A” series made from black metal. Autoclaves in this series are cheaper than the stainless steel models but less durable. To ensure the longevity of a black metal autoclave, it is essential to strictly adhere to all operational and storage conditions.
It is important to wipe the autoclave thoroughly after each use to remove any water traces and store it in a dry place. This helps prevent rust formation on the metal and avoid accidents during preservation.
Autoclaves in the “UTech” series are available as gas (for external heating sources) and electric (a device that can be heated by electricity or an external source). The model range includes household autoclaves with capacities of 8, 16, 24, 32, and 40 half-liter jars.
The warranty for autoclaves in the “UTech” series is 2 years.
Series “Che”
A budget model range made from black metal, with a lid secured by a clamping mechanism. Due to the narrow neck, it is possible to preserve jars with a maximum volume of 1 liter.
When preserving, special attention must be given to sealing the autoclave. The lid must be correctly positioned and the screw must be tightly fastened for the autoclave to function properly.
The “Che” series includes both electric and gas models with capacities of 8, 16, 24, 32, and 40 jars of 0.5 liters each.
Series “Good”
Autoclaves in the “Good” series are an upgrade of the “A” series. A clamping mechanism is used to secure the lid here. This makes closing the autoclave easier – there is no need to tighten bolts; just secure one screw, and the autoclave is ready for preservation. However, compared to the “A” series, the neck is smaller, accommodating only one-liter and smaller jars.
The “Good” series includes models for 8, 16, 24, 32, and 40 half-liter jars, with various heating methods (gas and electric).
Series “Bingo”
The only series of cassette autoclaves from "Ukrpromtech". Jars with preserves are placed in a special cassette that secures the jars and prevents them from opening and getting damaged. The cassette is placed in the autoclave and the autoclave is closed with clamps.
The advantage of the autoclave is its ease of use and material. The “Bingo” autoclaves are made from food-grade stainless steel, which is resistant to damage and corrosion. During operation, the autoclave operates at very low pressure, making the preservation process even safer.
There are three modifications of the “Bingo” series autoclaves – mini (for 8 jars), standard (12 jars), and optimal (16 jars).
In addition to autoclaves, “Ukrpromtech” manufactures distillers and rectification columns. Together with the distillation cubes, they form a complete set for quality moonshining.
The site features a wide range of stainless steel products: electric and wood-fired water heaters, cheese-making machines, vacuum massagers, smokers, quail cages, and frying pans made from disc harrows.
